Dustin Rogers is a supervisor on 3rd shift of the Materials Department at Crown Greencastle. Dustin brought strength and stability to the 3rd shift materials department by treating each employee with respect. Dustin works closely with his employees to mentor and coach them to success. Dustin is a strong leader who continually looks for the good in his employees and supervises in that manner. Dustin's employees enjoy coming to work under Dustin's leadership. They know they will be treated fairly and have his respect. Dustin's acts of being respectful, fair, and gaining the trust of his employees have not gone unnoticed by upper management. Dustin is a true leader within this organization and very deserving to be recognized for actively caring about people.
